Home Insurance is called property insurance that covers private homes, apartment and community villa. The policy extends coverage for loss, damage and destruction of homes, apartments, villa and personal effects due to fire, and allied perils. The combined insurance in the Home Policy protects financial loss against fire and perils, theft and or attempted theft, flood, rain water damage, storm, explosion, water leakage, hurricane & lightning.

Personal belongings, valuables and precious items such as jewelry and diamonds and portable items can be covered under the Home Insurance Policy. Liability to neighbors, and death or injuries to domestic helpers, could be added to the Home Insurance Policy without additional cost.
